I planned my meals around what we have in our pantry/fridge/freezer only this week
. I will probably have to buy milk, bread, and eggs… but that should be all! Here it is, if you’re interested!
Breakfasts:
- Baked Oatmeal
- cereal & yogurt
- eggs and toast
- oatmeal in a pot
- Bagels and cream cheese
- Smoothies
Lunches:
- ham & cheese sandwiches
- PB&J
- leftovers
- Chili and rice
- finger foods
- pasta and sauce
Dinners:
- Monday- Quinoa and beans (using pinto beans)
- Tuesday- Southern Beans, Potatoes, and Cornbread
- Wednesday- Slow Cooker Italian Chicken (use whole chicken), rice, veggie
- Thursday- Fiesta Beans and Rice (using black beans)
- Friday- Roasted chicken, veggies, and quinoa
- Saturday- Cubed beef (slow cooker with cream of mushroom soup), pasta, and green beans
- Sunday- Leftovers
