- Lunch- PB and strawberry preserves sandwich, raw veggies and homemade ranch, pumpkin chips
- Dinner- Chicken noodle soup
- Prep- Thaw whole chicken, thaw breakfast sausage, make homemade tortillas and bread

- Breakfast- Egg sandwiches, green smoothie
- Lunch- Salad, boiled egg, raw cheddar, fruit
- Dinner- Crockpot Chicken and veggies
- Prep- Soak beans, prep breakfast casserole
Wednesday, January 23
- Breakfast- Crock-pot Sausage and Egg Casserole
- Lunch- Salad, boiled egg, raw cheddar, fruit
- Dinner- Burrito bowls
- Prep- None
Thursday, January 24
- Breakfast- Crock-pot Sausage and Egg Casserole
- Lunch- Salad, boiled egg, raw cheddar, fruit
- Dinner- Bean and Sweet Potato Flautas (using pinto beans because that’s what we have!)
- Prep- None
Friday, January 25
- Breakfast- Toast, scrambled eggs, Green smoothie
- Lunch- PB and strawberry preserves sandwich, raw veggies and homemade ranch, pumpkin chips
- Dinner- Coconut oil popcorn, summer sausage, raw cheese, raw fruits and veggies (Game night)
- Prep- Thaw chicken breast

- Breakfast- Pancakes and fruit
- Lunch- Quesadillas (chicken, bean, veggies, cheese)
- Dinner- Pan-seared chicken breast, roasted avocado spaghetti squash, and quinoa.
