Meal Planning Sundays: Week of January 21-27, 2013

We’re having another clean out our pantry and freezer week!  Everything in this menu includes foods that I already have on hand!

Monday, January 21

  • Breakfast- Green smoothie, Breakfast Quinoa
  • Lunch- PB and strawberry preserves sandwich, raw veggies and homemade ranch, pumpkin chips
  • Dinner- Chicken noodle soup
  • Prep- Thaw whole chicken, thaw breakfast sausage, make homemade tortillas and bread

Tuesday, January 22

  • Breakfast- Egg sandwiches, green smoothie
  • Lunch- Salad, boiled egg, raw cheddar, fruit
  • Dinner- Crockpot Chicken and veggies
  • Prep- Soak beans, prep breakfast casserole

Wednesday, January 23

Thursday, January 24

Friday, January 25

  • Breakfast- Toast, scrambled eggs, Green smoothie
  • Lunch- PB and strawberry preserves sandwich, raw veggies and homemade ranch, pumpkin chips
  • Dinner- Coconut oil popcorn, summer sausage, raw cheese, raw fruits and veggies (Game night)
  • Prep- Thaw chicken breast

Saturday, January 26

  • Breakfast- Pancakes and fruit
  • Lunch- Quesadillas (chicken, bean, veggies, cheese)
  • Dinner- Pan-seared chicken breast, roasted avocado spaghetti squash, and quinoa.
  • Prep- None

Sunday, January 27

  • Breakfast- Leftover breakfast foods
  • Lunch- Leftovers
  • Dinner- Omelets
  • Prep- Bake bread, homemade tortillas, boil eggs
