Another week, another meal plan!

Monday, January 7

  • Breakfast- Breakfast cookies or baked oatmeal (leftover)
  • Lunch- Peanut butter and honey sandwich, raw veggies & homemade ranch
  • Dinner- Winter Squash soup and grilled cheese
  • Prep for next day- Thaw chicken

Tuesday, January 8

  • Breakfast- Breakfast cookies or baked oatmeal (leftover)
  • Lunch- Boiled eggs, raw cheddar, raw veggies & homemade ranch
  • Dinner- Crockpot chicken and veggies
  • Prep for next day- Make sprouted wheat waffles

Wednesday, January 9

  • Breakfast- Sprouted wheat waffles and green smoothie
  • Lunch- Uncured ham sandwiches, veggies
  • Dinner- Burrito Bowl
  • Prep for next day- Thaw ground venison for tacos

Thursday, January 10

  • Breakfast- Sprouted wheat waffles and green smoothie
  • Lunch- Uncured salami, raw cheddar, raw veggies & homemade ranch
  • Dinner- Venison Tacos, homemade re-fried beans
  • Prep for next day- Bake sprouted banana muffins, make sprouted pizza crust

Friday, January 11

  • Breakfast- Sprouted wheat banana muffins and scrambled eggs
  • Lunch- Peanut butter and raw honey sandwiches, raw veggies
  • Dinner- Homemade pizza
  • Prep for next day- Thaw venison for mini-meatloaves, soak quinoa

Saturday, January 12

  • Breakfast- Sprouted wheat pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit
  • Lunch- Leftovers
  • Dinner- Mini-meatloaves, Quinoa stuffed sweet potatoes
  • Prep for next day- None

Sunday, January 13

  • Breakfast- Sprouted wheat banana muffins
  • Lunch- Baked potatoes
  • Dinner- Breakfast for dinner
  • Prep for the week- Boil eggs, bake soaked wheat bread, slice veggies for week
